If you begin therapy, your information will be stored securely through my practice management system (Zanda), which operates independently and has its own privacy policy and security protocols.
Session notes and client records are kept for seven years after the end of therapy, in accordance with professional and insurance guidelines.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (where applicable)
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
